Solution if you want to remove individual names, highlight the name and hit delete key. the names are kept in a NK2 file. Search for *NK2 and rename the file. NK2 file is located in C:\Documents and Settings\\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook folder. If the folder is hidden go to any folder and select tools > folder options > view. check "show hidden files and folders" click apply.
