 PDF add-in for Office 2007
Solution To download the Microsoft's free Save as PDF add-in for Office 2007 go to the following site:


http://wordprocessing.about.com/od/microsoftword2007/qt/microsoftpdf.htm

It will prompt you to install and download the necessary software.

Make sure you are logged in as administrator before downloading.

To test:

Open a word doc

Go to file > save as

You should see an option that says PDF or XPS click on that

Then click on Publish

This will transfer your word doc into a PDF file.
